FRAC-ATTACK® sealant is a fast acting & extremely cost effective solution to lost circulation in all types of fractures, vugular formations, weak channeling zones and underground cross-flow & blowout situations.
FRAC-ATTACK® sealant offers preparation, mixing & application advantages, over "so called" competitive x-link & cement-like products, to help you solve the lost circulation.
FRAC-ATTACK® formulations for Light Density Mixture(un-weighted to approximately 12.5 ppg) & Normal Density Mixture(12.6 ppg and heavier), can be tailored to fit your needs.
RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Determine as closely as possible location of loss zone.
  • Evaluate volume to cover 20-50% excess, minimum.
  • Mix pill and TIH as close as possible to loss zone.
  • Insure the bit is always above any suspected loss zone, prior to pumping a FRAC-ATTACK® pill.
  • If full returns realized while spotting pill, pull up and circulate for 2-4 hours.
  • If no returns realized while spotting pill, pull up and sit static for 4-6 hours.
  • Break circulation, with pumps at slow pump rate.
  • Increase to full drill pump rate.
  • Close hydrill and apply a gentle squeeze (50 - 200 psi)- to maximum of anticipated required mud weight for the interval.
  • If circulation is lost again, follow-up pill should be spotted.
